FORT LAUDERDALE, FL - X Team partner The Rotella Group, Inc., with corporate offices in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, represented Play N Trade in the leasing of eight new retail spaces in Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Martin Counties in the southeast Florida market. The Lease Agreements totaled $1.7 Million and ranged in size from 1,400 to 2,000 square feet.
