X Team International has welcomed three new partners—Seattle-based Rainier Commercial Real Estate Services; Norfolk, Va.-based S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co.; and Montreal, Canada-based Site Works. Rainier Commercial represents clients such as Marshalls, T.J. Maxx, HomeGoods and Panera Bread; S.L. Nusbaum is the largest developer of shopping centers in Virginia and Site Works’ core clients include The Home Depot, Shoppers Drug Mart and Rogers Dormez Vous.
