Dallas, TX (June 11, 2009) - Venture Commercial Real Estate of DFW an X-Team partner is pleased to announce the first purchase by RWJP Star Enterprises dba as Carl’s Jr of a 2,500 sf building located in the Denton Towne Crossing shopping center anchored by Target and Home Depot in Denton, Texas.
This will be Carl’s first prototyped restaurant in DFW, scheduled opening is August of 2009 with another 5 opening in DFW this year, followed by 12 to 15 each year. Venture Commercial’s Clay Mote and Kelly Hampton exclusively represent Carl’s Jr in Dallas-Fort Worth and in East Texas.
