Two Conway Stores to Open in Chicago Area

December 22, 2009 - X team International announced that Naperville, Ill.-based partner Bobowski & Associates has brokered two new Conway discount-clothing store deals in the Chicago area along with master broker Gregg Lurie of Creative Realty Group.

The first Conway store is a 20,052-sq.-ft. space previously occupied by Office Depot in the Cermak Produce, Famsa and Kerasotes Theatre-anchored Hawthorne Works Shopping Center in Cicero, Ill.

The second Conway store, previously occupied by Steve & Barry’s, opened in the North Riverside Park Mall in North Riverside, Ill.
