FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (March 19, 2009) - X Team partner The Rotella Group, Inc., with corporate offices in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, represented Dollar Tree in the leasing of four new retail spaces in Broward, Palm Beach and Dade Counties in the southeast Florida market. The Lease Agreements ranged in size from 11,473 to 15,590 square feet.
Dollar Tree Stores, Inc., a national company with roots going back over 50 years, has today grown to encompass approximately 3,500 stores in all 48 contiguous states.
The Rotella Group continues to represent Dollar Tree exclusively in South Florida in their quest for new sites in Indian River, St. Lucie, Martin, Palm Beach, Broward and Dade Counties.
