Detroit, MI - X Team Partner Stokas Realty Advisors recently completed three long term leases with The TJX Companies, Inc. in Michigan. The first lease executed was for TJ Maxx in Gaylord, Michigan with Kohl's and Officemax. The second lease was signed for AJ Wright in East Lansing at Frandor Mall with Kroger, Jo-Ann Fabrics, World Market, PETCO, Michael's and Party City. The third lease was executed for Marshalls at the The Shoppes at Detroit's Gateway Park along with a planned Meijer store, which should start construction this summer.
