• Song Huang has leased 28,295 SF of retail space at 5957 E. Virginia Beach Boulevard in Norfolk, VA. Doug Aronson represented the tenant.
• Hassan Harvey has leased a 5,500 SF auto repair facility at 113 E. Princess Anne Road in Norfolk, VA. Doug Aronson represented the landlord and tenant.
• rue21 has leased 5,000 SF of retail space at Monticello Marketplace in Williamsburg, VA. Stephan Gordon and Rick Jacobson represented the landlord.
• Performance Dance Company has leased 3,450 SF of office/warehouse space at 317 Village Road in Virginia Beach, VA. Chris Zarpas represented the tenant.
• Oast & Hook, P.C. has leased 3,355 SF at TowneBank Harbour View Banking Center in Suffolk, VA. Mark B. Warlick, SIOR was a consultant on the lease negotiations.
• Oh Fudge! has leased 3,224 SF of retail space at 2406 Atlantic Avenue in Virginia Beach, VA. Sharon Swanberg represented the landlord.
• Momalina’s has leased 2,500 SF of retail space in Newport News, VA. Stephan Gordon represented the landlord.
• SAVOR has leased 2,400 SF of retail space at Great Neck Shopping Center in Virginia Beach, VA. Ron Rowe represented the landlord.
• Coucoon Salon has leased 2,086 SF of retail space at Hilltop East Shopping Center in Virginia Beach, VA. Doug Aronson represented the tenant.
• Flaming Japan Sushi has leased 1,700 SF of retail space at Buckner Boulevard Retail Center in Virginia Beach, VA. Chris Hucke represented the landlord.
• Le Nails has leased 1,600 SF of retail space at Quarterpath Crossing in Williamsburg, VA. Stephan Gordon represented the landlord.
• George’s Family Restaurant has leased 1,440 SF of retail space at WindsorMeade Marketplace in Williamsburg, VA. Stephan Gordon represented the landlord.
• Pepperoni’s has leased 1,400 SF of retail space at The Crossing at Deep Creek in Chesapeake, VA. Murray Rosenbach represented the landlord.
• Kielbasa Deli has leased 810 SF of retail space at Thomas Corner in Norfolk, VA. Murray Rosenbach represented the landlord.
• Jennifer La Londe Events, LLC has leased 1,050 SF of retail space at 508 N. Birdneck Road in Virginia Beach, VA. Chris Zarpas represented the landlord and tenant.
• Specialty Systems, Inc. has leased 743 SF of office space at the Centura Bank Building in Norfolk, VA. Katie Hotta represented the tenant.
• PCL Civil Contractors, Inc. has leased 2 acres of industrial land at 1500 Steel Street in Chesapeake, VA. Chris Zarpas represented the landlord and tenant.

SALES:
• Excel Trust, Inc. has purchased the Jewel-Osco Supermarket in Morris, Illinois for $8,150,000. Joseph Mersel brokered the transaction.
• HHG Chesapeake, LLC has purchased 5.2 acres of land at 1543 Sam’s Circle in Chesapeake, VA from Crystal Lake 64 Associates. Timothy M. Finn and Michael D. Gurley represented the seller.
• Altaf Shaikh has purchased a .90 acre gas station parcel at 4000 Portsmouth Boulevard in Chesapeake, VA from JOEDEB Properties, LLC for $700,000. Bill Overman, CCIM and John Wessling, CCIM represented the seller.
