Over the subject period, the partner offices completed 172 separate lease transactions with gross consideration of $205,799,367.23. Additionally, 28 separate sale transactions were consummated over the same period, with gross consideration of $13,694,167.00.
The most active retailers in the western US during the 3rd Quarter included sporting goods retailer Dick’s Sporting Goods, household merchant Bed, Bath & Beyond and quick casual restaurant Chipotle.
