Nusbaum Partners with Realty Broker

November 21, 2009 Norfolk,VA - S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co.'s retail and shopping center division announced a partnership with a retail real estate brokerage alliance.

X Team International has offices in 45 major markets throughout the U.S., Canada and Europe. It specializes in tenant, property and developer/landlord representation, workout services, property dispositions and retail investments.

The affiliation will extend S.L. Nusbaum's reach to national and international retailers to introduce to the Hampton Roads market, Nusbaum senior vice president Michael Gurley said.
