Walnut Creek, CA – X Team partner John Cumbelich & Associates recently represented both Lowes Corporation and the Seller on a 28-acre development site acquisition in the San Francisco Bay Area city of Concord.
Lowes intends to develop a full sized store on approximately 14-acres of the site and sell or lease the balance.
