Las Vegas ( March 17, 2010 ) X Team International, an international alliance of retail real estate advisors, announced the completion of two purchases and one lease transaction by Las Vegas-based partner Dunbar Commercial.
All three transactions are located in the Galleria Mall trade area, and include the opening of Hobby Lobby’s first-ever Las Vegas location -- a 51,296-sq.-ft. building purchased in the Whitney Ranch Shopping Center anchored by Target and Ross.
Ashley Furniture purchased a 37,707-sq.-ft. free-standing building at the Galleria at Sunset Mall. Previously occupied by Linens ’N Things, the building has been vacant for nearly two years and will serve as an upgrade for Ashley from a previously leased 35,261-sq.-ft. location at nearby Sunmark Plaza.
Total Wine & More will open in a 21,909-sq.-ft. space previously occupied by Shoe Pavilion. The new store will be the retailer’s second in Las Vegas.
