Philadelphia, PA … Michael Salove Company Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce the completion of a lease transaction with Coldwater Creek at The Shoppes at Brinton Lake on Route 1 in Glen Mills, PA. Coldwater Creek will open its doors in late fall 2008 and will occupy approximately 6,500 square feet. Douglas Green of Michael Salove Company represented the landlord, Wynnewood Development, in a 10 year lease valued at over $2 million.
Coldwater Creek will join other tenants at The Shoppes at Brinton Lake, including: Borders Books and Music, Pier 1, Anthropologie, Limited Too, Eddie Bauer, Chico’s, Williams-Sonoma, Gymboree, J. Crew, Pottery Barn, Fresh Market, Ann Taylor Loft, and P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, amongst others. Mr. Green noted, “We are thrilled to add Coldwater Creek to our already strong list of successful national apparel tenants and look forward to their opening in the fall.”
